Sleep can seem like the chicken and the egg situation; getting less sleep to work on academics or activities might seem necessary, but lack of sleep will inevitably affect how you perform on those activities!
In this workshop, ECE graduates and undergraduates will learn about the following:
- The importance of obtaining an adequate amount of sleep while in college and beyond.
- The effects of sleep deprivation on both mental and physical health, and cognitive functioning.
- Tools and strategies to build better sleep habits
