Prof David Z. Pan and Prof. Sensen Li received the 2026 MediaTek Advanced Research Center (MARC) Academia-Industry Collaboration Excellent Research Award at its MARC Annual Workshop. 

The collaborative research topics included "Physics Augmented AI/ML Techniques for RF PA Design” and "A Compact Multi-Band mmWave Doherty Power Amplifier with Single-Path Footprint ‒ From Manual Design to Machine Automation."
