Howard Moore has made a career of applying his technical and business expertise to improve operations for some of the largest companies in the world. In 2004, he co-founded Keste and led the company as Chief Executive Officer, managing business development and global operations. Keste became the leading enterprise solution provider for automating the process of selling and ordering complex custom products.  Keste was acquired in 2020 as the founding platform for Argano, LLC. Argano has become a top tier Digital Consulting and Solution company through stategic growth and acquisitions.  Howard currently serves on the Executive Board for Argano, LLC.  

Prior to leading Keste, Howard was an executive for EADS (parent company of AirBus) where he built a shared services platform for North America and led efforts in Europe to restructure the global IT operations for the company’s communications division. He also founded ALTRUA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations.

Howard has been recognized as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and served on Oracle’s Executive Partner Advisory Board.  Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
