Texas ECE Ph.D. student Yiming Han has been awarded an Outstanding Graduate Research Fellowship from The University of Texas at Austin Graduate School.
The continuing fellowships are presented to doctoral students who demonstrate a well-defined program of research and an exceptional record of accomplishments. The fellowship includes a 12-month stipend, health insurance assistance and tuition assistance.
Yiming Han is currently a Ph.D. candidate supervised by Prof. Yaoyao Jia at UT Jia Research Lab. He is the winner of the 2025-2026 IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Predoctoral Achievement Award and the Best Reviewer Award of the IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS). His research interests include analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits and wireless data transceivers for wearable and implantable devices.
